Delivery within UK

Price shown on BESTeC Store page is included Standard Delivery postage and packaging to UK Mainland only.

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving cleared payment and we advise you to allow a further 2-4 working days from dispatch to delivery. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods.

Standard delivery orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Large items may be sent by courier, we will contact you if this is the case.

Return Policy

Items which are damaged, faulty, incorrect or simply unwanted must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If you change your mind about an item, the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable.

If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us first, by email to services@bestec.co.uk and state your name on Paypal, the product which is at fault, and the issue.
